Scenic Rim | Natural Health + Living Community Group Catchup – 8th Feb

I enjoyed a beautiful catchup with the Scenic Rim | Natural Health + Living Community Group at The Blue House in Canungra on Feb 8th.

It’s so nice when a community of likeminded people come together and share quality conversations and knowledge in an open and friendly space.

I enjoyed sharing my knowledge on geopathic stress and how it affects your health by weakening your immune system and gave the group a handout of signs to look out for in your home. ⠀

As it effects human, plant and animal health, it’s worth being aware of and reducing your exposure where possible.⠀Especially when you sleep over it.

I also enjoyed Paige’s talk from Paige Haines Kinesiology with some muscle testing and daily energy cleanses and have been using them im my morning practice since!⠀

Looking forward to holding our next community group catchup sometime in April at another beautiful space around the Scenic Rim with some more great talks from some of our group.

If you live in the Scenic Rim and are interested in joining natural health and living you are welcome to be part of this growing group and join in our catchups and events here.
